JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -

It's not an easy task for the Tulpehocken girls soccer team to play in the shadow of a very successful boys team. The lady Trojans tallied nine wins a season ago before falling in the Berks quarterfinals.

But Tulpehocken feels that the season could have been even better had they been 100% healthy.

The Trojans were rittled with injuries in 2011, especially on defense.

But the squad is back this year, healthy and hungry, ready to turn in a record season of their own.
