The state lacrosse tournament opened with a pair of lopsided games in Bethlehem Wednesday night. The Wilson West Lawn boys beat Emmaus 13-7, and the Parkland girls lost 16-9.

Wilson dominated from the start, scoring the first 8 goals of the game against Emmaus and cruised from there to a 13-7 victory putting them back in round two of the state tournament.

The Parkland girls also had an early lead over Lancaster Country Day, but saw that lead evaporate on their way to a 16-9 loss, ending their season.
