Amid a report that details allegations of a "deeply rooted culture of cheating at all levels" in Russian athletics, the International Association of Athletics Federations, or IAAF, is pondering provisionally banning Russia from all track and field competition. Such a ban would mean that Russia's track and field team could theoretically be shut out of the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.
