Emmaus Boys Lacrosse rolls past CCHS

Mother Nature and wet fields continued to wreak havoc on the area scholastic schedule this afternoon.  Fortunately some teams play on turf, and the defending District 11 Emmaus boys lacrosse team was looking forward to getting to the five hundred mark tonight after losing to Manheim 10-5 on Tuesday. Dan Dolphin's Central Catholic Vikings, down a bit last season, made their way to the Boro to face the Green Hornets at Memorial Field.  Central would take a 2-0 lead early, but Emmaus went up 4-2 after 1, led 11-3 at the break and roll to a 15-5 victory.  The Green Hornets next host Delaware Valley on Monday and Parkland on Wednesday.
