Lehigh and Lafayette women both fall in league play

Lehigh and Lafayette women both fall in league play

The Lehigh and Lafayette women both lost home games in Patriot League play Wednesday night.

Lehigh's women led at the half against American but couldn't hold on in the 2nd half, falling 62-56.  The loss leaves Lehigh 1-1 in Patriot League play.  Kerry Kinek again led Lehigh in scoring with 19 points.

Lafayette's women lost to Army 63-43, a 16-0 run over a 6 minute span in the 2nd half finishing off the Leopards.  Aimee Oertner returned to the Lehigh Valley playing for Army and had 11 points in the win over Lafayette.
