Moravian falls in conference title game

Moravian falls in conference title game

The Moravian baseball team has had a really good year to this point. The Greyhounds were the best team in the Landmark Conference in the regular season, and had a good enough record to find themselves in the national polls near the end of the year. But they lost early in the Landmark Conference tournament. That meant a tough road to the title, so Moravian battled. They battled all the way back to the championship round but couldn't win the title Monday.

The Greyhounds fell short in the first game of the championship round, losing to Susquehanna 5-2.  Moravian would have had to win twice to earn the championship.
