Moravian women earn at-large NCAA Tournament bid

Moravian women early at-large NCAA Tournament bid

After an outstanding regular season, Moravian's women finished just short of winning a Landmark Conference Tournament championship. The Greyhounds lost to Scranton in the title game, and therefore they had to wait until today to find out if they'd be in the NCAA Division III tournament with an at-large bid, or watching from home. This afternoon, they found out they were in and they didn't have to wait long, they were the fourth team posted in the bracket. The Greyhounds got the bid they wanted and they will go on the road to New Jersey as a result.Moravian meets Cabrini in the opening round, and if they win they'll face either Regis or the top seed in their bracket Montclair State.
