Eagles beat Patriots 41-33 to win first Super Bowl

The Eagles have made history, winning the franchise's first Super Bowl championship Sunday night against the New England Patriots.

The Eagles and Patriots combined for a Super Bowl record 1,151 yards of total offense, but the Eagles defense came up big when they needed to at the end of the ballgame to seal the deal.

Nick Foles was named game MVP throwing for 373 yards with three touchdowns.
