Royals 7, White Sox 1

CHICAGO -- Mike Moustakas celebrated Greek Heritage Night with two home runs, helping Kansas City beat Chicago and snap a four-game losing streak.

The Royals, who hadn't won since the All-Star break, scored four runs in the sixth inning and amassed 14 hits. Kansas City had scored two combined runs in the previous three games.

Left-hander Bruce Chen (2-2), filling the rotation spot of injured left-hander Jason Vargas, went five innings and earned his second win against Chicago this season. Moustakas finished 3-for-5, belting his 11th and 12th homers.
