RENTON, Wash. -- Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin, who barely played last season while recovering from hip surgery, didn't practice on Saturday, apparently taking a rest day after being a full participant on Friday.
Coach Pete Carroll did not address the media after practice, but in June he said Harvin's practice time would be managed and that he would get days off.
Right tackle Michael Bowie also did not practice after hurting his shoulder. With Bowie out, rookie Justin Britt got all of the reps at right tackle.
Rookie wide receiver Kevin Norwood also sat out, and rookie defensive tackle Jimmy Staten (leg) and offensive lineman Nate Isles (arm) left practice with injuries.
