Bangor boys win battle of 1st place teams

The Bangor boys improved to 9-1 in the Colonial League Monday night with a 2-point road win at Salisbury.

Bangor trailed at the half but behind a 22-point night from Jeremy Ringland and a buzzer beating floater from Mikey Martino the Slaters earned the 52-50 win.  Ringland hit a 3 to tie the game at 48 late in the game.  Then, with the game tied at 50 Martino took the inbound pass in the final five seconds and hit a runner in the lane for the 52-50 victory to improve the Slaters to 9-1 in league play.
