Becahi excited for PIAA quarterfinal round

Becahi excited for PIAA quarterfinal round

Baseball and softball teams that are still playing in the state tournament need three more wins to claim PIAA gold medals. That list includes Becahi's softball team, the Golden Hawks have already beaten Donegal, now they face Nazareth Academy in round two. That game will be played in Lyons tomorrow afternoon at 1pm, and with a win the Golden Hawks will advance to play in the final week of the high school season. This is not new territory for Becahi's program, they've been in this situation before, but with a veteran roster they are focused on making the most of this opportunity and that means getting a win against a good team tomorrow.
