Dieruff looking to build off 2013 success

Dieruff looking to build off 2013 success

After posting its first non-losing season since 2002 last year, the Dieruff Huskies are eyeing even bigger things in 2014.

Dieruff went 5-5 last season, and had it not been for several blown fourth quarter leads, they would have finished above .500.

For a program that suffered through a 38-game losing streak from 2009 to 2012, the turnaround has been dramatic.

The Huskies return a strong senior class, led by dynamic running back Shakur Lester and quarterback Chris Marks.

And they're hoping to turn in a winning season this year.
