Easton forces decisive 3rd game in Norco championship

The Easton Legion team forced a third and decisive game in their league championship series with Nazareth by earning a 5-3 win Tuesday night.

Easton put ball in play early and often and Nazareth made some mistakes in the field.  As a result, Easton scored 5 unanswered runs to build a big lead.  Nazareth rallied late in the game to pull within 2, but that was as close as they would get in a 5-3 Easton win.

That means a 3rd game Wednesday night at Hackett's Park in Easton, the winner earning the league championship.
