Emmaus and Parkland girls win LVC lacrosse semifinals

The Emmaus and Parkland girls lacrosse teams will meet for the LVC championship after both won semifinal games on Wednesday night.

The first semifinal was a tale of two halves.  Emmaus scored 12 first half goals and led Nazareth by a 12-1 score at halftime.  Nazareth scored 7 unanswered goals in the 2nd half but never got even with Emmaus, the Green Hornets holding on for a 12-8 win.

Parkland and Easton played a much tighter game throughout.  The Trojans and Rovers were tied at the half, but Parkland scored 5 of the final six goals in the game to win 12-9.  The Trojans will now meet Emmaus in the LVC Championship game.
