Notre Dame beats Pen Argyl for AA championship

The Notre Dame baseball team earned its first ever District 11 championship with a 2-1 win over Pen Argyl at Coca-Cola Park.

Jerry Pascucci drove in two runs for the Crusaders, the first on a ground out in the 2nd, and another on a hit in the 4th that turned out to be the game winner as the Crusaders earned their first ever district baseball title.

That win puts the Crusaders in the state tournament, they'll play their opener at Parkland next week.
