Notre Dame optimistic about upcoming season

Over the last couple of years, the Notre Dame football team has turned things around. They've gone from an automatic win on someone's schedule, to a team others don't really enjoy playing. And for the Crusaders, that's a good thing. They're hoping to take some more strides forward this season. The Crusaders have come a long way in just a couple of years, but they are the first to tell you they are satisfied with that progress. They are hoping to be much better this year, make it into the playoffs, and maybe even win a championship. Quite a change from the expectations just a few years ago.
