READING, Pa. -

A month and a half ago, Jesse Biddle found himself on the temporary inactive list. On Saturday, the lefty returns to the mound for Reading when pitches against Binghamton.

Biddle was given the mental break after a slow start in Reading's rotation this season. The former first round pick was sent to Florida to work things out both physically and mentally.

Following a string of decent starts with Clearwater over the last few weeks, the Phillies have decided to let Biddle finish the season where he began it.

Biddle will join this year's first round pick Aaron Nola in the Fightin Phils rotation.
