The Kutztown University football team has been ranked 4th in the PSAC East's preseason poll. The rankings were released at the conference's media day on Monday.
The Golden Bears won six of their last seven games in 2012 to help propel them to a third-place finish in the eight-team division.
But KU lost head coach Raymond Monica and record-setting quarterback Kevin Morton in the offseason.
New head coach Drew Folmar is confident he has the players to keep Kutztown competitive at the top of the division. That process starts later this week, when his players report to practice.
