Kutztown introduces hoops teams at Maroon Madness

KU introduces hoops teams at Maroon...

MAXATAWNY TWP., Pa. - College basketball programs across the country will be holding their Midnight Madness events over the next few weeks to celebrate the first day of practice.

Kutztown University got in on the fun Thursday with Maroon Madness.

The men's and women's teams were introduced.

There was a dunk contest, fan giveaways and other games.

Bernie Driscoll, the KU men's coach, has turned in back-to-back 23-plus win seasons.

He doesn't expect to take a step back this year.
