EASTON, Pa. -

Lafayette came alive at Princeton Saturday, putting up 416 yards of total offense and won the time of possession battle by nine and a half minutes. Drew Reed threw for 356 yards and three touchdowns, but threw two interceptions, as the Pards lost the back and forth battle, 35-31.

Saturday the Pards return home here to Fisher Stadium to face another CAA team in Villanova. The Wildcats lost their season opener to Pitt, but came back to beat Lehigh and Towson the last two weeks. Nova rushed for almost 400 yards against Lehigh, but last week Zach Bednarczyk put up 230 yards and three touchdowns in their win over the Tigers, so the Pards have to be ready for everything.

WFMZ's Dave Lesko has more on Saturday's matchup.
