IronPigs comeback falls just short

The IronPigs battled back from a 7-1 deficit only to fall just short in a 7-6 loss to Buffalo at Coca-Cola Park Tuesday night.

Russ Canzler had three doubles and three RBIs to pace the IronPigs offensively.

Jo-Jo Reyes (0-1, 12.60), making his first start for the IronPigs after pitching in Korea earlier this season, gave up all seven runs to take the loss.

After winning three in a row over the weekend, the 'Pigs have now lost three in a row.

The IronPigs (49-55) will open a two-game series with Pawtucket on Wednesday night at 7:05pm at Coca-Cola Park.
