IronPigs fall again, losing streak hits 9

The IronPigs fell 4-2 in Buffalo Monday night for their 9th consecutive loss - their longest skid since the 2010 season.

The loss spoiled an excellent night by top prospect Maikel Franco.

Franco went 4-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs in a losing effort.

Sean O'Sullivan (4-9, 4.77) pitched eight innings, but suffered the loss on the mound.

The IronPigs (49-61) will look to snap their losing streak when they open a two-game series in Rochester on Tuesday night at 7:05pm.
