IronPigs pound Paw Sox, 10-0

The IronPigs scored early and often Saturday night, pounding first place Pawtucket, 10-0.

Cody Asche and Cameron Rupp each homered for the 'Pigs, who totaled 13 hits on the night.

Asche and Rupp each had three RBIs.  Derek Mitchell had three hits and two RBIs, while Cody Overbeck added two hits and two RBIs.

Phillies prospect Adam Morgan, who's working his way back from a shoulder injury, threw three scoreless innings.

Mike MacDougal (2-2, 4.41) picked up the win in relief.

With the win, the IronPigs climb within 3 1/2 games of the Paw Sox for first place in the North Division.

The IronPigs (54-54) will look to earn their third straight win over the Paw Sox on Sunday at 1:05pm.
