IronPigs swept after morning loss to Buffalo

The IronPigs are leaving town after a four game sweep at the hands of the Buffalo Bisons this weekend, capped off by a morning win Monday.

The red hot Buffalo offense struck first, scoring the first four runs of the game.  The IronPigs scored their only runs on a ground out by Cody Asche that plated a run and a double play ground ball that scored a run.  Buffalo earns the 4-game sweep with an 8-2 win.

Manager Dave Brundage was ejected in the 9th inning after arguing a balk call.  The IronPigs now travel to Indianapolis and Louisville to play their next 8 games.
