Syracuse stomps IronPigs again

For the second straight night, the Syracuse Chiefs clobbered the IronPigs on Friday, cruising to a 10-2 win at Coca-Cola Park.

After losing 13-0 in their first game back from the All-Star break on Thursday, the 'Pigs fell behind 9-0 on Friday before finally getting on the board.

Sean O'Sullivan (4-7. 4.80) gave up nine earned runs on 12 hits for the 'Pigs on the mound.

The Chiefs pounded out four home runs and 14 hits on the night.

Nate Spears and relief pitcher Ethan Martin provided the RBIs for the 'Pigs.

The IronPigs (46-52) will play a doubleheader at Syracuse on Saturday with the first game slated for 5pm.
