Reading Fightin Phils

A-Rod walks four times in Trenton's win over Fightin Phils

Alex Rodriguez faced the Reading Fightin Phils again Saturday night, walking in each of his four plate appearances.

A-Rod also scored a run and played third base, as the Thunder beat Reading 7-5 in Trenton.

Rodriguez is expected to be suspended by Major League Baseball for the rest of this season and all of next season.

The punishment, which could come in the next few days, is due to his actions relating to MLB's probe into the Biogenesis performance enhancing drug clinic.

Anthony Hewitt hit a three-run home run for the Fightins, and Zack Collier had four hits and a run scored.

Kyle Nesseth (1-3, 1.70) took the loss in relief for the Fightin Phils.

Reading (48-64) will wrap up their series in Trenton on Sunday at 5:05pm.
