Phillies catcher to miss 25 games

The Philadelphia Phillies will be without All-Star catcher Carlos Ruiz for the first 25 games of the 2013 season.     Ruiz has been suspended after testing positive for a banned substance and violating the MLB policy.  Ruiz issued an apology on Tuesday saying that he would honor the suspension but looks forward to rejoining his teammates to make a run at a championship.
