Phillies set for season opener in Atlanta

The Phillies are gearing up for their 2013 season opener Monday night in Atlanta.

Cole Hamels will make his first Opening Day start for the Phils.  He'll be opposed by Braves right-hander Tim Hudson.

First pitch will be at 7pm at Turner Field.

Most national observers predict the Phillies to miss the playoffs and finish behind the Nationals and Braves in the National League East.

But Charlie Manuel believes the pundits are selling his team short this season.
