Ruf comes off disabled list; Utley makes All-Star team

There was good news for a pair of Phillies on Sunday.

Darin Ruf was activated from the disabled list and assigned to the IronPigs.

Reliever Jeremy Horst was sent to Reading to make room for Ruf on the 'Pigs roster.

Meantime, second baseman Chase Utley was named the starting second baseman for the National League in the upcoming MLB All-Star Game.

Utley is the Phillies' lone representative.
