Penn State falls short at No. 6 Purdue

No. 6 Purdue staved off Penn State 76-73 on Sunday night.

Despite the loss, Tony Carr notched 19 points while Shep Garner scored 17. 

For Purdue, Carsen Edwards led the way with a game-high 27 points. Dakota Mathias chipped in 18 markers.

Next up for the Nittany Lions is a match-up against no. 22 Michigan on Wednesday night.
