Phantoms blank Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, CT. - The Lehigh Valley Phantoms notched a 5-0 road win over the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at Webster Bank Arena on Tuesday night. The Phantoms scored just 70 seconds into the game and never looked back.

Despite the loss, the Sound Tigers nearly doubled the Phantoms in shots on goal, 40-21.

Dustin Tokarski managed a shutout in net, his second this season. He logged 40 saves in the win.

The game was the third straight in which Lehigh valley scored five goals. Also, the team extended its win streak to four game with the victory.
