ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) -- Cameron Perkins hit a two-run home run and had two hits, and Ben Lively allowed just five hits over eight innings as the Lehigh Valley IronPigs beat the Louisville Bats 13-1 on Saturday.
Lively (6-1) picked up the win after he struck out seven and walked two while allowing one run.
Lehigh Valley got on the board first in the third inning when Pedro Florimon hit a solo home run and J.P. Crawford hit an RBI single.
Lehigh Valley later scored in three additional innings, including a six-run fourth, when Perkins hit a two-run home run and Crawford hit a solo home run to help punctuate the blowout.
Ismael Guillon (0-1) went 3 1/3 innings, allowing six runs and seven hits in the International League game. He also struck out five and walked one.
Lehigh Valley hit a season-high six doubles in its victory.
