Report: Colts interested in Reich for head coach opening

Colts reportedly interested in OC Reich

PHILADELPHIA - The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly interested in Philadelphia Eagles Frank Reich as a potential hire for their head coach position. The AFC team reportedly requested to interview the former quarterback.

The Colts were left scrambling after New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels shockingly turned down the Colts head coach job after reportedly agreeing to terms weeks ago, signing coordinators, and scheduling a introductory press conference. He is reportedly staying with the Patriots in his same role.

Another Eagles assistant could be on the move as well, John DeFilippo. The Minnesota Vikings are reportedly interested in him for their offensive coordinator position. DeFilippo interviewed for other positions, including head coach openings during the postseason.

The Eagles have their Super Bowl Celebration Parade on Thursday morning.
