Younger Scouts hope to learn quick, return to postseason

ROBESONIA, Pa. - Following a strong 2017-18 season that saw the team advance to the league and district playoffs, the Conrad Weiser boys basketball squad will have a different cast for this year's campaign. The Scouts are replacing four starts for this season.

Alex MacKenzie is key returner back for head coach Billy Harrison, who also looks to have Shakim Davis and Jake Plummer step into bigger roles. The players will learn on the job, but they hope that education propels them back to the postseason.

The Scouts open the season in the Exeter Tournament on Friday against Manheim Central.
