The desk has remote keyboards and monitors to allow our meteorologists to use the computer systems in their office on the second floor of the studio.

The first floor Stormcenter Desk (behind the anchor desk) has a unique suspended ceiling with recessed lighting.

When standing in front of the green screen, the meteorologists use monitors on small carts to see where to point on the weather maps.

From this part of the set, they are able to finish their forecast information, and are only steps away from the green chroma-key wall.
