Tredyffrin Township will restrict Route 252 (West Swedesford Road) between Swedesford Road and Cassatt Road in Chester County on Monday through Saturday (May 20-25) from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. for sewer main installation. In addition, Swedesford Road between Route 252 (Bear Hill Road) and Route 202 in Chester County on Monday through Saturday (May 20-25) from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. for sewer main installation.

Lane restrictions are scheduled on Route 322 and Interstate 476 in City of Chester, Delaware County next week for the removal and replacement of high mast lighting poles.
The work schedule is:
-Monday and Tuesday (May 20-21) – Intermittent traffic stoppage will occur on the eastbound Commodore Barry Bridge ramp to southbound Interstate 95 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
-Tuesday (May 21) – The left lane will be closed on the the eastbound Commodore Barry Bridge ramp to northbound Interstate 95 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and
-Wednesday (May 22) – Intermittent traffic stoppage will occur on the northbound I-95 ramp to northbound Interstate 476 and the southbound I-95 ramp to northbound I-476 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The right lane will be closed on westbound Interstate 76 between Belmont Avenue and Route 1 (City Avenue) in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, on Monday (May 20) for a bridge inspection from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The eastbound right lane will be closed on Tuesday (May 21) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition, the right lane on northbound 34th Street between Grays Ferry Avenue and University Avenue will be closed in Philadelphia on Wednesday (May 22) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the southbound right lane will be closed Thursday (May 23) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will remove a deteriorated tree along Charlestown Road between Broadwater Lane and Coldstream Road in Charlestown Township on Saturday (May 25) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the operation, Charlestown Road through traffic will be detoured over Route 29 (State Road) and Pothouse Road. Local access will be maintained up the work zone.  Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the areas. The operation is dependent on the weather.

Lane restrictions and intermittent traffic stoppages are scheduled on Route 422 between the Sanatoga and Stowe interchanges in Montgomery and Chester counties for road and bridge improvements.
The work schedule is:
One lane will be closed on eastbound Route 422 between the Route 724 and Sanatoga interchanges in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County and North Coventry Township, Chester County, from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. from May 1 through May 31;
One lane will be closed on eastbound Route 422 between the Sanatoga and Route 724 interchanges in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County and North Coventry Township, Chester County, from 7 p.m. to 1 p.m. from May 1 through May 31; and
One lane will be closed on westbound Route 422 between the Route 100 and Stowe interchanges in North Coventry Township, Chester County from 7 p.m. to 1 p.m. from May 1 through May 31.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area. The work schedules are weather dependent.

Monday, April 15 through May 31 – PECO Energy will close East Central Avenue between Fennerton Road and North Valley Road in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County weekdays from 9 am. to 3 p.m. for utility installation.  East Central Avenue through traffic will be detoured over Route 252 (Bear Hill Road), Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and North Valley Road.

The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority will restrict County Line Road for resurfacing in Warminster, Upper Southampton, and Lower Southampton townships, Bucks County and Upper Moreland and Lower Moreland townships, Montgomery County next three weeks.
The work schedule is:
-Thursday (May 23) through May 30 – There will be lane closures on County Line Road between James Way and Centennial Road for resurfacing from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.;
-May 31 through June 3 – County Line Road will be closed and detoured between Route 232 (Huntingdon Pike) and Pine Road weeknights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.  Motorists will be detoured over Route 232 (Huntingdon Pike), Byberry Road and Pine Road; and
-June 4 through June 6 – County Line Road will be closed and detoured between Route 232 (Second Street Pike) and James Way weeknights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Motorists will be detoured over Route 232 (Second Street Pike), Jaymor Road, and James Way.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these areas as backups will occur.

Aqua Pennsylvania will close Joshua Road between Germantown Pike and Ridge Pike in Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County beginning Monday, Feb. 25 for installation of a new water main.  Joshua Road will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through June 7.  During construction, Joshua Road through traffic will be detoured over Germantown Pike, Butler Pike, and Ridge Pike.  Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.  Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.

Tuesday, April 9 through June 7 – Aqua Pennsylvania will restrict Bryn Mawr Avenue between Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and Old Lancaster Avenue in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from water main installation.

Aqua Pennsylvania will close and detour Susquehanna Road between Route 611 (York Road) and Valley Road in Abington Township, Montgomery County weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Feb. 19 through June 14 for water main installation. During construction, Susquehanna Road through traffic will be detoured over Route 611 (York Road), The Fairway, and Valley Road.  Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.

PECO Energy will close Susquehanna Road between Highland Avenue and Huntingdon Road in Abington Township, Montgomery County from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. weeknights through July 15 for gas main installation. During construction, motorists will be detoured over Highland Avenue and Old York Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.

Monday (March 25) through July 31 – East Goshen Municipal Authority will restrict Paoli Pike between Sanatoga Drive and Boot Road in East Goshen Township, Chester County from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for sewer installation.

Aqua Pennsylvania will close Warminster Road between Route 263 (York Road) and Byberry Road in Hatboro Borough and Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning May 13 through August 9 for water main installation. During construction, Warminster Road through traffic will be detoured over Route 263 (York Road) and Byberry Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when travel through the area.

Motorists on northbound and southbound Route 13 (Bristol Pike) motorists will encounter long-term, single lane traffic patterns and a traffic pattern shift beginning Tuesday (March 26) between the Levittown Parkway and Mill Creek Road in Bristol Township and Tullytown Borough, Bucks County.  Crews will work over the next week (March 25-29) from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to install concrete barriers to provide one lane in each direction on the southbound side of Route 13. Drivers are advised to allow additional time for travel through this construction area. This traffic pattern will in place through the end of August.

Route 13 will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Mill Creek Road and Levittown Parkway in Tullytown Borough and Bristol Township, Bucks County beginning Monday (April 29) through August 22 for box culvert installation, drainage pipe improvement and roadway reconstruction.

During this operation, the southbound Route 13 left turn lane at Fallsington Avenue will be closed. To reach Fallsington Avenue from Route 13 South motorists will exit onto Haines Road and take Haines Road to Route 13 North and follow Route 13 North to Fallsington Road.

In addition, Route 13 will be reduced to one lane in each direction on the southbound side between Green Lane and Levittown Parkway beginning Monday (April 29) through September 30 for drainage improvements and roadway reconstruction.

Drivers are advised to allow additional time for travel through the Route 13 construction areas.
