-The contractor for the 412 project will be installing a storm drain across 412 overnight on 6/18 and 6/19, and will need to close the road and detour traffic from approximately 7pm – 6am.  The detour will utilize the Millside Dr spur to circumvent the work.  Flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic.  Buses and trucks can navigate the detour.

-Beginning April 10, UGI will be working on replacing a main along Maple Street between Market St and Garrison St, and on Garrison St between Maple St and Elm St. Traffic will be shifted throughout this project, which is expected to last for the next 3 months.  Please use caution through the work area.

-Beginning Monday, April 29, all traffic will be shifted to the southbound lanes, leaving only one lane in each direction.  This restriction will be between Shimersville Rd and Daly Ave and will be in place until early 2014. 

-Due to recent inspection results, the High Street Bridge to Hellertown will be closed immediately. Please be aware that due to the prior closing of the Seidersville Road bridge by Northampton County, there will no longer be thru traffic from Ravena Street or High Street. Signs, barricades, etc. have been installed to warn traffic of the closure. The City has been actively pursuing replacement of the High Street Bridge; however, until the replacement, alternate routes shall be taken.
