RESTRICTION: Left turn movements from PA 145/MacArthur Road south to Fairmont Avenue east are restricted until further notice. Southbound PA 145/MacArthur Road traffic is to exit to the right at Fairmont Avenue and use the Fairmont Avenue loop for access to Fairmont Avenue east. This new traffic pattern will allow work to continue on the $13.8 million US 22/PA 145 Interchange Project that began in March and is expected to be complete in December 2013.
