RESTRICTION: Bridge will be reduced to a single lane condition due to bridge abutment deficiencies discovered during a recent bridge inspection. Both southbound and northbound traffic will be able to access the bridge but only one direction at a time. Traffic will be controlled with stop signage. The average daily traffic on Gallagher Road is 170 vehicles.

RESTRICTION: A recent inspection of the Business Route 209 Bridge over McMichael Creek showed significant deterioration to a spandrel wall. Therefore the Bridge will be restricted to one lane for southbound traffic only. Business Route 209 north traffic will be detoured on Bossardsville Road and North Easton Belmont Pike. This traffic pattern will exist until repairs are made to the Bridge in the summer of 2012. Note: the Business Route 209 Bridge over McMichael Creek has a 15-ton weight restriction, and the North Easton Belmont Pike Bridge over Kettle Creek also has a 15-ton weight restriction, so larger vehicles will need to continue to seek an alternate route.
