A cold front is sliding slowly south through Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is responsible for today's clouds, showers, and cooler temperatures. Clouds and showers will sink south with the front overnight, allowing for drying and clearing trends and an eventually brighter Sunday to wrap up the holiday weekend.
Clouds and showers likely linger early Sunday, mainly from Philadelphia points south. But clouds should give way to some sunshine from north to south as the day progresses. Highs will be in the low 50s, which surely isn't the mid 60s we were treated to on Friday, but it's still better than our average high for late November, which is in the upper 40s.
Partly sunny skies and seasonably cool temperatures will greet you on Monday as you head back to work and school after the long weekend. Then chances for occasional rain or rain showers increase for both Tuesday and Wednesday.
