Tonight: Partly cloudy and humid with patchy fog late; a stray shower or thunderstorm this evening. Low: 68
Saturday: Increasing clouds and humid; a few showers and thunderstorms, some heavy, mainly in the afternoon. High: 82
Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy with periods of rain and a heavier thunderstorm. Low: 67
The heavier, steadier rain exited the region Friday morning with most of the viewing area picking up between .5" and 1" of rain. In the wake of that rain, some sunshine popped out Friday afternoon as high topped out in the mid and upper 80s. It was humid throughout the day too and that won't change overnight as lows barely dip into the 60s under partly cloudy skies. Also look for some patchy fog to develop tonight and for the possibility of a stray shower or thunderstorm this evening, mainly north and west.
Highs this weekend will also be in the 80s, but low and mid 80s with humid conditions and some rain. A shower, thunderstorm and even some periods of rain are all possible this weekend, but Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning appears to be the most active time period.
Showers and thunderstorms are also possible during the early part of the work week, but each day looks less and less active. Highs Monday and Tuesday will again be in the low and mid 80s.
