Another area of low pressure will affect the region from this evening into Wednesday morning with some snow, ice and rain. Precipitation arrives later this evening and will continue into Wednesday morning. Southern sections will see mainly rain with no accumulation. Look for a general 1-3” of snow and ice for Berks County, the Lehigh Valley and western New Jersey. Higher amounts may occur from northern Schuylkill County, the Southern Poconos and NW New Jersey. There can be slippery spots developing later tonight into Wednesday morning as well. Mixed precipitation ends Wednesday morning as drier air makes its way into the area. Clouds will break for some sun with highs in the lower 40s. Thursday looks partly sunny and breezy with highs in the lower 40s.
