Tonight: Partly cloudy with a shower or thunderstorm around early. Low: 60
Saturday: Mostly sunny, breezy and less humid. High: 82
Saturday Night: A star-studded sky and comfortable. Low: 57
After a relatively quiet morning, a line of shower and strong thunderstorms developed Friday afternoon and evening causing the National Weather Service to issue multiple Severe Thunderstorm Warnings for strong winds and hail. While a shower or thunderstorm is still possible through midnight, the worst is definitely behind us with rainfall totals varying from almost nothing to an inch or town. Overnight look for partly cloudy skies as lows fall to around 60 degrees.
The weekend is looking very pleasant at this point with a good deal of sunshine and highs in the 80s both Saturday and Sunday. Monday looks mainly dry with a mix of clouds and sun, but we're watching the potential for a shower or thunderstorm Monday night. It will depend how far north a boundary to our south sets up, but at this point, any activity may hold off until after fireworks displays. Stay tuned for updates.
