Local Forecast Discussion

Overnight: Mostly cloudy, with an isolated shower or t-storm, mainly west and north. Low: 65

Monday: Partly sunny, very warm and humid. High: 90

Monday Night:  Clear. Low: 65

Overnight, expect mainly cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid 60's.  A few spots saw an isolated shower or thunderstorm Sunday afternoon and evening, and with that weak upper level disturbance, there is still a lingering chance for a spotty shower or thunderstorm, but activity will be limited.

Monday will be even warmer with temperatures around 90 degrees and continued humidity.  Monday is also trending towards a drier forecast with partly sunny skies.

This pattern stays with us for a while, and we'll see a very summer-like start to September.  On Tuesday and Wednesday, we will see temperatures in the low 90's with humid conditions as an upper level ridge builds over the region.
