Coastal storm to deliver periods of rain through Friday

A coastal storm is bringing us a period of rain and drizzle.

Thursday will be a rainy, breezy and chilly day with temperatures topping out in the middle 50s.

Occasional rain and drizzle will continue on Friday as the coastal storm remains just offshore.

The unsettled weather looks to hang around into the weekend, with a bit of rain and drizzle possible on Saturday, as well. Highs will be near 60 degrees.

A general half-inch to an inch of rain is expected through Friday. Rainfall amount across the viewing area will be heaviest to the southeast and much lighter to the northwest.
