Local Forecast Discussion

Friday: Cloudy, windy and cool with intermittent rain. High: 60

Tonight: Cloudy with a couple of showers. Low: 56

Saturday: Mostly cloudy and breezy with a shower or two. High: 66 Low: 59

It looks like the steadiest and heaviest rainfall has now ended, and we'll be left with just some intermittent rain or showers this afternoon and evening. It'll be rather cloudy and windy with highs only topping out near 60 degrees, which is roughly 10 degrees below average for late September. Overnight lows will only fall back into the mid 50s tonight as we continue to deal with breezy conditions.

There will be some showers around this weekend and maybe even another enhanced period of rain Saturday night into Sunday. However, each day we will see some improvements. Saturday may feature a few showers, but Sunday should yield even less activity. Along with less rain, the winds will die down over the weekend as temperatures rise back into the mid 60s on Saturday and then approach 70 degrees on Sunday.

Next week will be milder as highs return to the low 70s along with more sunshine.
