The colder air has settled into the region with temperatures holding in the teens and 20s for the remainder of the afternoon.  Snow will continue to fall at varying rates before tapering off midday/early afternoon to the north and west of the Lehigh Valley, then by mid-afternoon Berks County and the Lehigh Valley. Steady snow will continue toward Philly until late this afternoon. A widespread area of 3-6" of snow (see forecast map) is likely for the Berks/Lehigh Valley area. The northern Philadelphia suburbs on south could see 6-10". Northern Poconos may only see 1-3" of snow.
Bitterly cold air moves in Thursday night and Friday. Through the weekend, partly to mostly sunny skies will dominate with temperatures much closer to normal, the mid 40s!
