Friday: Increasing clouds with a some rain or a t-storm arriving late in the day. Periods of rain and a thunderstorm at night. High: 64 Low: 46

***Red Flag Warning for critical fire weather conditions until 8pm***

***Freeze Warning for parts of the area through Friday morning***

Another chilly night is in store for our area with low temperatures dropping into the middle 30s under clear to partly cloudy skies. Any early sun will fade behind clouds on Friday as our next storm system approaches from the west. Some shower and thunderstorm activity will start to push into the area during the late afternoon and evening hours before quickly picking up in intensity on Friday night. Look for periods of rain and a thunderstorm to take over Friday night and into early Saturday morning as the low pressure system moves through the region. The clouds will break for some sunshine on Saturday allowing our temperatures to climb into the upper 60s and lower 70s. A shower or thunderstorm can't be ruled out in a few locations on Saturday, but a good portion of the day should be rain-free.
