***Wind Advisory in effect from this evening through Thursday morning***
Today will be breezy and warm with a few showers and a thunderstorm, mainly later today. A squall line will move through the area toward the evening rush with thunderstorms and wind gusts as high as 50 mph. Trees and power lines could come down in some locations with the high gusts. As much colder air drives into the region tonight, a flash freeze will occur causing anything left wet to freeze and cause slippery conditions. There can also be a bit of snow which can accumulate a coating to an inch overnight. High temperatures on Thursday will only reach the middle 20s with windy conditions. Wind chills will be in the single digits to around 10 degrees all day!
