After a milder afternoon, we expect colder air to wrap back into our area. This will allow the rain and drizzle to mix and eventually change back to a bit of sleet and eventually snow. Snow will continue to fall before tapering off midday/early afternoon Thursday. A widespread area of 3-6" of snow is possible tonight (late) into tomorrow. Southern parts of the area toward Philadelphia and points south could see 6" or more. The northern counties may only see 1-3" of snow. Bitterly cold air moves in Thursday night and Friday. Through the weekend, partly to mostly sunny skies will dominate with temperatures much closer to normal (40s!).
