Most locations picked up between a .25" and .75" during the day on Tuesday with the higher totals coming across southern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. The rain will continue overnight and into Wednesday when in may become even steadier and possibly heavier than it was on Tuesday. Temperatures on Wednesday will start out in the mid 40s, then reach into the mid 50s during the afternoon. The rain will finally taper off late Wednesday into the early morning hours on Thursday possibly as a wintry mix or some wet snow north of the Lehigh Valley. Most locations can expect between 1" and 1.5" of rain by the time it's all said and done.

Thursday will be a quieter and much drier day with intervals clouds and sunshine and highs near 50 degrees. It will be breezy though on Thursday, so it may feel colder at times. The work week will wrap-up with a seasonable and sunny day on Friday as high temperatures top out near 50 degrees for the second day in a row.
